Raid Alarm collects only the minimum data necessary for the app to function: anonymized device ID for license validation, specific attack notifications from Rust+ application, lifetime license status (processed through Google Play Billing), and app settings stored locally on your device. We do not collect personal names, email addresses, phone numbers, location data, biometric data, or payment card information.
We process your personal data based on the following legal grounds:
We only process specific attack notifications from the Rust+ application. Notification data is processed entirely on your device and stored locally. We do not access notifications from any other applications. We use Android's standard NotificationListenerService API with your explicit consent. We have no affiliation with Rust+ application, Facepunch Studios Limited, or any related entities.
Raid Alarm requests only the minimum permissions necessary: notification access to monitor notifications from Rust+ application, battery optimization exemption for background operation, and alarm permission for alarm triggering.
Collected data is used only for running the alarm system, license validation, and app improvements. For Free Tier users, anonymized data may be used by Google AdMob to provide core advertising services. We do not sell or share your personal data with third-party marketers for their own purposes. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling beyond standard advertising features.
All notification data, settings, and statistics are stored locally on your device. Only purchase information is stored in an encrypted secure database. Notification data is never transmitted to our servers. Notification history is stored locally until you delete it or uninstall the app. License information is retained indefinitely to validate your lifetime purchase. You can delete all local data by uninstalling the app or request deletion of purchase data by contacting us.
We do not sell your personal data. Data sharing is limited to Google Play Store for payment processing, Google AdMob for serving advertisements to Free Tier users, and secure third-party services for license validation. We do not share your notification data with any third party. Users have the right to opt-out of data sale (we do not sell data) and manage ad preferences via device settings.
Purchase data may be processed in servers located in secure data centers. All international transfers comply with applicable data protection laws and appropriate safeguards. Data is encrypted during transfer using industry-standard encryption.
We implement technical and administrative security measures to protect your data, including local encryption, secure communication protocols, encrypted database storage, and limited access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent regarding your personal data. You have the right to know, delete, opt-out of sale (we do not sell data), and non-discrimination. To exercise your rights, contact us at the email address provided below. We will respond within a reasonable time frame as required by applicable law.
Our app is not intended for children under the age of 18 (or 13 in some jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we discover we have collected data from a child, we will delete it immediately. We are not responsible for, and accept no liability for, any purchases made by individuals under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). Parents or guardians are solely responsible for monitoring their children's use of the app and any purchases made. If a minor makes a purchase without proper authorization, the parent or guardian must contact Google Play Store for refund requests, as we do not process refunds.
In the event of a data breach that may affect your rights, we will notify relevant supervisory authorities as required by applicable law, and notify affected users without undue delay if there is a high risk to their rights.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be notified to users. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. The last update date is shown at the top of this page.
The Free Tier of Raid Alarm is supported by advertising. We use Google AdMob to serve ads. AdMob may collect and use data such as your device's advertising ID to show relevant ads and for analytics purposes. Users who purchase a Lifetime License will have all third-party advertisements removed from the application.
