Raid Alarm is a mobile application available exclusively on Google Play Store that monitors notifications from the Rust+ application and triggers alarms when attack notifications are received. The App is provided "as is" without any warranties. The App's functionality is entirely dependent on the Rust+ application. If Rust+ is not installed, disabled, removed from Google Play Store, stops sending notifications, experiences delays, or if Rust game servers experience issues, the App will not function and we are not responsible for any resulting issues.
Raid Alarm has no affiliation, relationship, partnership, connection, endorsement, or sponsorship with Rust game, Rust+ application, Facepunch Studios Limited, or any related entities. Raid Alarm is an independent application. We use references to "Rust+", "Rust", "Facepunch", and related terms ONLY for identification and descriptive purposes to explain what the App does (nominative fair use under trademark law). We do not claim any rights to these trademarks. We are not authorized by, endorsed by, or connected to Facepunch Studios Limited in any way. If Facepunch Studios Limited objects to our use of these terms, we will comply with their requests immediately. Any use of these terms is purely descriptive and does not imply any relationship, authorization, or endorsement.
CRITICAL DEPENDENCY NOTICE: Raid Alarm's functionality is COMPLETELY AND ABSOLUTELY DEPENDENT on the Rust+ application. The App will NOT FUNCTION under any of the following circumstances: - Rust+ application is not installed on your device - Rust+ application is disabled or uninstalled - Rust+ application is removed from Google Play Store - Rust+ application becomes unavailable or stops functioning - Rust+ application stops sending notifications or notifications are delayed - Rust+ application's "Smart Alarm" or notification features are removed, disabled, or modified - Rust game servers experience issues, outages, or problems - Facepunch Studios Limited restricts, limits, or prohibits notification functionality - Internet connection issues prevent Rust+ notifications from being received - Any other issue affecting Rust+ application's ability to send notifications BY USING THE APP, YOU EXPLICITLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT: - The App's functionality depends ENTIRELY on external services (Rust+ application and Rust game servers) over which we have ZERO CONTROL - We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for Rust+ application availability, functionality, removal from Google Play Store, notification delays, or any changes made by Facepunch Studios Limited - We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for Rust game server issues, outages, or problems - We are NOT RESPONSIBLE if Facepunch Studios Limited restricts, limits, prohibits, or modifies Rust+ application's notification functionality - You will NOT hold us responsible, request refunds, or make any claims against us due to Rust+ application issues, Rust game server issues, notification delays, or any other external dependency issues - You understand that if Rust+ application is removed from Google Play Store or stops functioning, the App will immediately cease to function and you will have NO RIGHT to refunds, compensation, or any other remedies
We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for, and ACCEPT NO LIABILITY for, any issues, problems, damages, losses, or consequences arising from: - Rust game, Rust+ application, Facepunch Studios Limited, or any related entities - Rust+ application being removed from Google Play Store - Rust+ application stopping to send notifications or notifications being delayed - Rust+ application's "Smart Alarm" or notification features being removed, disabled, or modified - Rust game server issues, outages, or problems - Any changes, restrictions, or modifications made by Facepunch Studios Limited - Any other third-party services, applications, or dependencies You use the App AT YOUR OWN RISK regarding all external dependencies. We have NO CONTROL over Rust+ application, Rust game servers, or Facepunch Studios Limited, and we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any issues arising from these external dependencies.
We guarantee that Raid Alarm will function correctly ONLY when ALL of the following conditions are met simultaneously: - Rust game servers are operational and functioning normally - Rust+ application is installed, enabled, and functioning normally on your device - Rust+ application is available on Google Play Store and has not been removed - Rust+ application is sending notifications without delays - Rust+ application's notification features (including "Smart Alarm" if applicable) are active and not disabled - Your device meets all technical requirements - All required permissions are granted and maintained - You have an active internet connection - Facepunch Studios Limited has not restricted, limited, or prohibited notification functionality If ANY of these conditions are not met, we CANNOT and DO NOT guarantee the App will function, and we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any resulting issues, losses, or damages.
Raid Alarm requests only the minimum permissions necessary: notification access to monitor notifications from Rust+ application, battery optimization exemption for background operation, and alarm permission for alarm triggering.
Availability: This App is available exclusively on Google Play Store. All purchases are processed through Google Play Store's billing system. Lifetime License: Premium features require a one-time purchase. We offer a 'Lifetime License' which grants you permanent access to all premium features and REMOVES all third-party advertisements. This is a one-time payment with NO recurring fees or subscriptions. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase a license. If you are under 18, you may only purchase with parental or guardian consent. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any purchases made by minors without proper authorization. Parents or guardians are solely responsible for monitoring their children's purchases. If a minor makes a purchase without authorization, contact Google Play Store for refund requests. Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Google Play Store. We do not store or have access to your payment card information. Payment information is handled entirely by Google Play Store. Pricing: Prices may vary by country and are subject to change with advance notice. Current prices are displayed in the App and on Google Play Store. Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time without notice or refunds. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license at any time for violation of these Terms or illegal activity. Service Availability: The App's functionality depends entirely on Rust+ application. If Rust+ application is removed from Google Play Store, stops functioning, or stops sending notifications, the App will not function regardless of your license status, and you will have NO RIGHT to refunds or compensation.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: - Rust+ application removal from Google Play Store, unavailability, or any issues - Rust+ application stops sending notifications or notifications are delayed - Rust+ application's notification features being removed, disabled, or modified by Facepunch Studios Limited - Rust game server issues, outages, or problems - App functionality issues (crashes, bugs, notification delays, alarm not triggering) - App ceasing to function due to Rust+ application issues or removal - User dissatisfaction with the App or its functionality - User changed mind after purchase - User's device not compatible with the App - User denied required permissions - Minor making unauthorized purchase (contact Google Play Store for refund requests) - Any other reason whatsoever After Google Play Store's refund window (typically 48 hours), NO REFUNDS will be provided by us under ANY circumstances, regardless of the reason. BY PURCHASING A LICENSE, YOU EXPLICITLY WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO REFUNDS, except for Google Play Store's standard refund window (typically 48 hours), after which NO REFUNDS will be provided.
BY PURCHASING A LICENSE, YOU EXPLICITLY ACKNOWLEDGE, UNDERSTAND, AND IRREVOCABLY AGREE THAT: The App is completely dependent on Rust+ application (see Section 4). If Rust+ application is unavailable, removed, or stops functioning, the App will not function and you will have NO RIGHT to refunds or compensation. You accept ALL RISK associated with external dependencies and will NOT request refunds due to Rust+ issues, Rust game server issues, or any external dependency problems (except Google Play Store's standard 48-hour refund window).

Trademark Notice: "Rust+", "Rust", "Facepunch", and related logos, names, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Facepunch Studios Limited. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, or connected to Facepunch Studios Limited in any way. We use these trademarks ONLY for identification and descriptive purposes (nominative fair use under trademark law). We do NOT claim any rights to these trademarks. If Facepunch Studios Limited objects to our use, we will comply immediately. See Section 3 for additional information.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE APP WILL FUNCTION CORRECTLY. We do not warrant that the App will always function correctly, that third-party services will always be available, or that the App will operate continuously, uninterrupted, or error-free. The App's functionality depends entirely on Rust+ application (see Section 4). We make no representations or warranties regarding the App's functionality, availability, or reliability. YOU USE THE APP AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CONSEQUENCES RESULTING FROM: - Rust+ application issues, removal from Google Play Store, unavailability, or any problems - Rust+ application stopping to send notifications or notifications being delayed - Rust+ application's notification features being removed, disabled, or modified by Facepunch Studios Limited - Rust game server issues, outages, or problems - Facepunch Studios Limited or related entities restricting, limiting, or prohibiting functionality - App ceasing to function due to Rust+ application issues or removal - Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages - Loss of profits, data, license value, or other intangible losses - Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the license - Any damages whatsoever related to external dependencies or third-party services - Minor making unauthorized purchase (parents/guardians are solely responsible) IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE LICENSE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You are SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for: - Installing and maintaining the Rust+ application on your device - Ensuring Rust+ application is available, installed, and functioning properly - Granting all necessary permissions to both Raid Alarm and Rust+ application - Ensuring your device is compatible with both Raid Alarm and Rust+ application - Understanding that the App COMPLETELY DEPENDS on Rust+ application and external services - Understanding that if Rust+ application is removed from Google Play Store or stops functioning, the App will not function and you will have NO RIGHT to refunds - Complying with Rust+ application Terms of Service and all applicable laws - Ensuring your use does not violate Rust+ application Terms of Service - Monitoring and authorizing purchases if you are a parent or guardian - Ensuring you are at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent) before purchasing If your use violates Rust+ application Terms of Service, you are SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for any consequences, and we are NOT LIABLE for any resulting issues.
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be notified to users. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms or at our sole discretion. We are not liable for any damages resulting from termination.
These Terms of Service are governed by applicable laws based on your location. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable law and jurisdiction.
The App offers a Free Tier which displays advertisements served by third-party ad networks, primarily Google AdMob. These advertisements help fund the continued development and maintenance of the App. Advertisements are removed for users who purchase a Lifetime License. We do not endorse the products or services advertised and are not responsible for the content of any third-party advertisements.
